Our regular warranty period is 12 months since the day of purchase. Note your serial number located at the back of the machine and on all major electronic and mechanical parts. Your serial number is recorded in our database, which till us who it was sold to and when. All parts are replaceable, so even after your warranty has expired , your game can be easily fixed or completely refurbished if necessary.
